Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
DATES OF CONTEST: The “RV’ers Got Talent” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on July 1, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). Internet access and a valid e-mail address are both required to participate in this Contest.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of one of the forty-eight (48) United States, the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (the “Contestant”). No group entries will be accepted. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Intel® Corporation (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, and each of its respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Promotion Administrator”) herein (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Promotion is void in US territories and possessions located outside of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
JUDGING PERIODS: Those Contestants submitting a Submission from 12:00 am ET on February 26, 2024 to 11:59 pm ET on April 15, 2024 will be eligible for judging to determine Semi-Finalists for all Episode Air Dates. Contestants submitting a Submission after each Episode Air Date will only be eligible for judging to determine Semi-Finalists for preceding Episode Air Dates. All Submissions that have not been selected for Episode Air Dates will roll to the next judging period each a (“Judging Period”). Submission must be submitted by 11:59 pm ET on July 1, 2024 to be eligible.

HOW TO SUBMIT A SUBMISSION: Visit https://www.rvtv.tv/submit (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and complete and submit the following required steps (collectively, the “Submission”) to enter the Contest:
1. Contest Entry Form: Fill out the Official Contest Entry Form in its entirety, including your full name, physical address, phone number, age, and email.
2. Video Submission: From the Website, click on the link to follow the instructions to submit a video showing one of the following: a 1-5 minute video of your best talent, whether that is singing, dancing, magic, juggling, an interesting party trick, or something else unique, just show how you are talented and it must be in view of your RV or Travel Trailer. Video should be a maximum size of 5 GB and submitted in the format of MPEG (.mpg/.mpeg/.m4v), QuickTime Movie (.mov) or AVI (.avi), 9:16 aspect ratio with a resolution of 1920x1080 or 1280x720. If any of the individuals pictured in the video submitted by Entrant are minors in their state of residence, the Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of each minor's parent or legal guardian to videotape the minor and that such parent or legal guardian agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, advertise, monetize and otherwise exploit and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such minor's name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation.
Any Submission submitted after 11:59 pm ET on January 12, 2025 or via any other method than those above will not be eligible to enter the Contest. Once the Submission has been completed, it is final and may not be modified or edited. The Website’s clock is the official time keeping device for this Contest.
By participating, Contestant agrees that their video may be shared on social media sites by the Sponsor with no compensation to be awarded.
Submissions that; (a) display, obscenity, nudity or profanity of any kind; (b) are determined by the Sponsors and/or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate or morally objectionable, (c) are otherwise unfit for publication; or (d) violate these Official Rules will not be eligible. Submissions should not promote any other cause other than for this Contest.
Any attempt by any Contestant to enter more than one (1) Submission by using multiple/different addresses, identities, logins and/or any other methods will void that Contestant’s Submission, and that Contestant will be disqualified from the Contest. Sponsors and Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete Submissions. All Submissions (including all intellectual property rights embodied therein) shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Sponsors and Contest Entities have no obligation to acknowledge receipt of or to return any Submissions received. Sponsors and Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegal Submissions.
By completing a Submission, the Contestant: (i) warrants and represents that he/she has read these Official Rules, is eligible to participate in the Contest and agrees to be bound thereby; (ii) warrants and represents that all of the information provided in his/her Submission is accurate, (iii) warrants and represents that the Submission is the original work of the Contestant and will not violate any third party's legal rights (including without limitation rights of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, privacy and/or publicity), and/or any applicable law; (iv) represents and warrants that the Submission does not contain any disabling device, virus, worm, back door or other disruptive or malicious code that may or are intended to impair their intended performance or otherwise permit unauthorized access to, hamper, delete or damage any computer system, software, network or data; (v) warrants and represents that his/her Submission has not been sold, published or submitted to another contest; (vi) consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness by the Sponsors and its respective authorized representatives for promotional purposes in connection with the Contest (whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation and unless prohibited by law; and (vii) agrees that, if selected as a prize winner, Contestant will be solely responsible for any and all resulting tax consequences.
In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this Contest, each Contestant grants to the Sponsor and its affiliated companies the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, disclose, display, publish, prepare derivative works from, perform, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Submission, including photos/videos, in whole or in part, in connection with the Contest, in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, broadcast and cable television, radio, mobile transmission, and the Internet, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotion, entertainment and commercial purposes, without any payment to, or further authorization by, the Contestant.
JUDGING/WINNING: There will be two (2) phases of judging:
Phase 1: On or about 8/26/2024, judging will begin for all eligible Submissions, which will be judged by a qualified panel of judges consisting of representatives of the Sponsor. New Submission will be judged based on the Judging Periods as outlined in the “JUDGING PERIODS” section of these Official Rules. Eligible Submissions will be judged based upon the judges’ opinions of originality, creativity and persuasiveness as follows:

The Contestants who have the highest judges scores will move to Phase 2 (each a “Semi-Finalist”). In the event of a tie, the Submissions involved will be judged by one (1) judge who will serve as a tiebreaker. The tied Submission with the highest score will be moved on to Phase 2. Tied Submissions will be re-judged until a Semi-Finalist has been selected. In addition, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to promote and advertise any Submission from a Contestant (whether it is the prize winner or not). Consequently, the Contestant hereby grants the Sponsor the necessary rights to make such use of any Submission materials including, without limitation, the right to use any third-party rights in the Submission materials and any and all rights in the Contestant’s name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), biographical information, voice and any reproduction or simulation thereof. All judging of eligible Submissions will be under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.
Phase 2: After completing the judging process for Phase 1, twelve (12) Semi-Finalists’ Submissions will be aired on RVT’s Episode Air Dates as outlined in the “JUDGING PERIODS” section of these Official Rules.
Semi-Finalists and Finalists will be posted online to www.url.com (the “Website”) for public vote. The public may vote using the QR code on screen. They will scan the QR using a web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader app (free to download). Then they will be directed to an online form to place their vote. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical and/or quality issues of any video uploaded to the Website. Public voting after each episode begins following the initial airing of each Episode and concludes following the airing of the next Episode on Sunday night at 8:00pm ET (the “Public Voting Period”). For example, the Public Voting Period for Episode 1 will start after the airing of the Episode on 8/26/2024 and will end at 7:59pm ET on 9/8/2024. Semi-Finalists and Finalists will receive one (1) vote each time a “Voter” clicks the “Vote” button. Limit one (1) vote per public person for the entire Public Voting Period.
Voting is open to persons who are legal U.S. residents currently residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence.
Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Eligible Participant’s online service will apply. If an Eligible Participant participates from a mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Eligible Participant further understands that by participating via mobile phone, the Sponsor may contact them via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Please consult wireless service provider for more information. Eligible Participants are solely responsible for any related equipment and Internet access charges, if any.
The Semi-Finalist with the most votes of each Episode moves to Phase 3 (each a “Finalist”). There will be a total of eight (8) Finalists, one from each Episode, to move to Phase 3.
Phase 3: Phase 3 will consist of eight (8) Finalists along with four (4) additional Finalists based on the Contestant’s having the highest score from Phase 1. Public Voting to determine the Grand Prize Winner will begin at 8:00pm ET on August 19, 2024 and will end at 10:00pm ET on September 6, 2024. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced at the Hershey RV Show prior to September 15, 2024. Grand Prize Winner is not required to be in attendance at the Hershey RV Show to claim the Grand Prize.

The Finalist with the most public votes will be the grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”).
THE CONTENT OF THE SUBMISSION REPRESENTS THE VIEWS AND OPINIONS OF SOLELY THE CONTESTANT WHO HAS PROVIDED THE SUBMISSION AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS AND/OR OPINIONS OF THE SPONSOR OR INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR AND INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATOR EACH DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCREENING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING SUBMISSIONS PRIOR TO POSTING OF SAME. SPONSOR MAY EDIT SUBMISSIONS PRIOR TO POSTING THEM ON ANY WEBSITE OR ELSEWHERE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONTEST, BUT WILL BE SEEKING THE APPROVAL OF THE RESPECTIVE CONTESTANT PRIOR TO EFFECTING SUCH EDITING AND/OR POSTING.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of $2,500 cash will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner in the form of a check.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,500.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Sponsor will determine all details of a prize in its sole and absolute discretion. No prize substitution, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. The prize is not transferable. No more than one (1) Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the Promotion Administrator via email after 1/18/25 @ the Florida RV Super Show 2025 (the “Notification”). In the event the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached via the Notification, the potential Grand Prize Winner does not respond by the date indicated within the Notification, or if it is determined by the Promotion Administrator/Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified (without compensation of any kind) an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the Finalist having the next highest votes.
Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return within the date and time indicate in the Notification, an “Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity release” and IRS form W-9 (collectively, the “Required Documents”) in order to claim the Grand Prize. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the Submission having the next highest score. The value associated with the Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor (or third party acting on its behalf) must report the value of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize Winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize Winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that the potential Grand Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate will be selected based on the Finalist having the next highest votes. In the event that the potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, Contestants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, YouTube and other Contest Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by any prize winner, Contestants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest.
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws. By participating in the Contest, Contestants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Contest, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Contest from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if a prize winner, to the use of their name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor or Contest Entities without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. All Contest materials are subject to verification and are void if [a] not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; [b] any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way; [c] are obtained where prohibited; or [d] are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for a prize. Sponsor and / or Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit a Contestant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Contestants, Sponsor, or Contest Entities or is in default of any agreement with Sponsor. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Contest, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, and judge those entries. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.
INFORMATION: By entering the Contest, each Contestant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies a Contestant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest and, if consent is given at the time of the Submission. Contest Entities will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Contest or as permitted or required by law, unless Contestants otherwise agree, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: www.url.com .
WINNERS LIST REQUEST: To receive a copy of the prize winner’s list send a self-address stamped business sized envelope postmarked by October 15, 2024 to: RVTV RV’ers Got Talent Winner List, PO Box 458, Newark, NY 14513.
